Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, we will provide you with a store credit for any money paid, minus a 25% cancellation fee from the order total.
  • Store credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. If the store credit is not used within that time frame, any remaining store credit will be forfeited by the customer.

 

RESCHEDULE POLICY

.

Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will help. We understand that things come up and you may need to change your delivery to another date. You can email us at contact@spodeli.com.au if you need to change your order.

  • Orders that are rescheduled, will be held in our system for a maximum of 6 months from the original order date. If the store credit is not used within that time frame, the order will be cancelled, and all moneys paid will be forfeited by the customer.
  • We will do our best to reschedule orders to your new event date, however, we cannot guarantee availability.   

 

"SAVE THE DATE" Terms and Conditions

.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the total balance of your order. 
  • Your remaining balance will be invoiced to you, for payment no later than two (2) weeks prior to your event.
  • No refunds or store credit will be given for cancellation or change of date.
  • If your event is cancelled or postponed, your deposit will be forfeited and your date will no longer be secured via the deposit. 
  • The "save the date" deposit is NOT TRANSFERABLE to another date.

Please Note: Purchasing a save the date, will not lock in current cake pricing. Cake pricing is subject to change at any time (this doesn’t change often but we do mention it, because often people are saving dates that are 6-12 months in advance). Your final invoice will be sent at the current price when you finalize cake details, not always what you see when purchasing your ‘save the date”.

 

REFUND POLICY

As part of our Customer Service commitment, Spodeli will advise our customers to place their orders carefully as Spodeli does not provide refunds or exchanges. All orders placed are done so on a non-returnable basis unless defective. 

  • No refunds offered or correspondence will be entered into for: Change of mind or Incorrectly placed orders
    • Please check what you receive is what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will work with you to collect the item/s and replace it with the correct order ASAP
    • Spodeli will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, seals ripped, tampered with or not in their original condition.

     

    You are welcome to a refund only if:

    • The item(s) you receive are incorrect and providing the item(s) have not been opened, tampered with or eaten. 
    • The item/s are defective, and are returned to us in full. (We will inspect the issue, and will provide a refund if we agree that the item is defective and not suitable for consumption).   

     

    Gift Certificates or Vouchers are not redeemable for cash

    Afterpay and Zip pay

    You are only eligible to receive a refund via Afterpay or ZipPay if the goods you have received are faulty.
